Cancellation Window
You may request the cancellation of your course enrolment within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded any part of the material. This policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting digital intellectual property.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your course purchase, please email our customer support at contact.freelancetechacademy@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Registered email ID
- Order/ Enrollment ID
- Reason for cancellation
Our support team will acknowledge your request and initiate the necessary process within 3 business days.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria above, a 100% refund will be issued via the original mode of payment.
The refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Late Cancellation& Ineligible Refunds
No refunds shall be issued if:
- The cancellation request is received after 14 days of purchase, or
- The user has accessed more than 20% of the total course content or downloaded any significant portion of the course material.
Such cases shall not qualify for a refund as per fair usage and digital product norms.
