While working closely with youth across the country, our founder (Amitesh Rajput) realized a painful truth that— there was no single platform that helped young people develop real-world skills and earn income in a flexible, reliable, and ethical way. In India, we often speak of part-time work, but genuine and accessible opportunities rarely exist.
He also recognized a deeper issue: academic education alone is not enough. Many students and adults face stress, confusion, and lack of direction — not because they’re not educated, but because they were never taught real life education that was actually needed— values, purpose, mindset & emotional strength.
